Keep exploring the wreck it and you'll find the Bloodstone. It's near that small island with the climbing weeds in the middle of the ocean. After getting the helmet, follow the anchor pointing into the ocean and you'll see the chest in the wreck.

Great Lagoon: on little island near ship landing.

From there you need to jump twice to reach the bloodstone. Walk all the way to the end, jump down, walk towards the bloodstone. Actually there is another way thanks to iAnjelie: Just go to the enterance of the Old Pirate Hideout, don’t enter and jump on the box on your left side (never mind the things inside the box).
